Director, Interventional Radiology & Cardiac Cath Lab
Anne Arundel Medical Center, located in Annapolis, MD, seeks a seasoned professional to supervise staff and ensure coordination of operational and financial management services within Interventional Radiology and the Cardiac Cath Lab. With 24-hour accountability for unit functions, the Director will also conduct scheduling, hiring, corrective action, retention activities, and performance reviews.
This strong leader/mentor must have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), and 5+ years of relevant clinical experience with 3+ years within a management role. Must be a graduate of an accredited educational program in cardiovascular technology, nursing, or radiologic technology; possess a current state licensure; and have ACLS/PALS and CPR certifications. The ability to nurture and grow a team is essential.
