RCIS Cruise Review. Enjoy a group cruise discount with the Emerald Coast Chapter. Let Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) cook your Thanksgiving dinner while we help you prepare for the RCIS test. The Emerald Coast Chapter of the SICP is inviting everyone to share a group rate with a RCIS Cruise Review on NCL. Our dates will be November 18-25, 2007. Angie Bowles, RN, CCRN, Emerald Coast Chapter President, 2007 On Thursday, March 22nd, the Illinois Chapter of SICP held their spring meeting at Jimmy’s Char house in Elgin, IL. The meeting was sponsored by Schering-Plough. Our local representative, Ed Svejda, invited Dr. Michael H. Salinger who presented an educational session on the use of integrilin in coronary care. The annual election of officers was also held the same evening. On March 20th, the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Chapter held its second meeting at Montgomery Inn, sponsored by The Medicines Company. We had over 30 attendees present and went over responsibilities of our committees as well as updated everyone on our upcoming RCIS Review Course in April. Dr. D.P. Our membership drive was a great success, with twenty people joining SICP for the year 2007-2008. We have asked for nominations for the positions of secretary and treasurer/membership board positions, with elections held at the April meeting. Corrie Umscheid has begun her position as president of our chapter for the following year and is busy planning our calendar. Thank you! Christine Gillett, 2006-2007 President New!
