Cordis, a Cardinal Health company, Announces New Product Agreements with Premier

Eight product categories included; special pricing for members

DUBLIN, Ohio, June 10, 2019 — Cordis, a Cardinal Health company, recently secured new group purchasing product agreements with Premier for eight product categories of interventional products. The Vascular Closure Devices (VCD) agreement is effective June 1 and the coronary agreements will be effective July 1st.

Premier is a leading healthcare improvement company, uniting an alliance of approximately 4,000 U.S. hospitals and 165,000 other providers to transform healthcare.

These new agreements allow Premier members to take advantage of special pricing and terms pre-negotiated by Premier. The full list of products includes:
• Vascular Closure Devices (VCD);
• Coronary Drug Eluting Stents;
• Coronary Non-Drug Eluting Stents;
• Diagnostic and Interventional Coronary (DIC) Catheters;
• DIC Guidewires, DIC Balloon Catheters, DIC Accessories;
• Interventional Sheaths & Introducers
