Videos 2A and 2B. Coronary angiogram in the anteroposterior (AP) cranial view (Video 2A) and the left anterior oblique (LAO) caudal view (Video 2B, shown here) in both diastole and systole. There is clear absence of significant disease in the left main (LM), right coronary artery (RCA), and left circumflex (LCx). A severe systolic compression/bridging during systole in middle left anterior descending artery (LAD) and diagonal branches was identified.
